Anyways, upon looking for something else here, I see that the archive has acquired a massive MASSIVE (31,000+!!) software collection.. Where is the front page of this collection??

Looks like right now there's Moving Images> Game Videos> a bunch of interesting collections including Classic Software Preservation (beta) which is not yet clickable.

[BTW re the Speed Runs among those collections, one of the most interesting internet culture things I've observed was watching a bunch of adult guys huddled around a laptop, *in awe* over a Mario Bros. recording. :)]

That's true, but if you type in tucows, you get about uh, 32,643 responses, all software titles!

I mean this is great! But I would like a forum, just in case I have any questions about how to use this (on site!!)

Apart from the Game Videos (which are still filed in movies, right now, because they're all movies!), and the CLASP Software Preservation project (which doesn't have any public items, because it's a 'dark archive' due to copyright reasons), there are indeed lots of pieces of freeware/shareware software filtering into the Archive for permanent preservation.

There's no front page for the collection yet (which is transferred with the kind permission of one particular software aggregator) - when there is, there will be an official announcement, and probably a new tab, etc.
